South Kitsap School District
Nurturing growth | Inspiring achievement | Building community
Welcome to BoardDocs!

Message from the Board of Directors:
“South Kitsap Schools are an integral part of our community, and our community is an integral part of our schools. Through finding common ground, creating shared knowledge, and pursuing collaboration we can ensure the success of both. South Kitsap Schools are committed to nurturing, inspiring, and building our citizens and community of today and tomorrow.”

The Board, supporting the education and welfare of students, the work of staff and the interest of the community, holds itself accountable to the citizens of the district by ensuring that all actions it takes are consistent with the law and the Board’s policies.

The Board’s purpose is to assure that the South Kitsap School District achieves its Ends policies by focusing on the district’s student achievement objectives within the parameters described in its Executive Limitation policies.

Message from the Superintendent:
As a District, we are committed to sharing information on a timely basis with our staff and community. By making meeting agendas and supporting documents available to our public electronically, we will be able to distribute the documents more efficiently and cost-effectively. We are excited about this new eGovernance process as it will allow easier access to not only the board agenda, but also supporting documents, minutes, and soon policies will be included.

Sincerely,
Dr. Michelle Reid, Superintendent
