At its March 19, 2009, regular business meeting, the School Board took the following action:

The following motion passed 10-2 with Ms. Bradsher, Mr. Center, Mr. Gibson, Mr. Moon, Mr. Niedzielski-Eichner, Mr. Raney, Mrs. Smith, Mr. Storck, Mrs. Strauss, Mrs. Wilson voting "aye" and Ms. Hone and Mrs. Kory voting "nay."
