The Board will now make a motion to go into closed meeting:
(1)
to
discuss and consider disciplinary matters concerning students pursuant to VA Code Section 2.2-3711(A)(2); and
(2) to consult with legal counsel concerning certain special education litigation against the school division currently pending the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District and the U.S. Court of Appeals, and related claims, pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3711(A)(7).
