I. PURPOSE

To prescribe procedures and limitations associated with use of School Board-owned vehicles, to include sedans, station wagons, trucks, and buses. It is critical to the Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) public relations posture and to the effective and efficient operation of the schools’ vehicle fleet that the procedures in this regulation be adhered to by school employees. Employees found to violate these procedures shall be subject to disciplinary action.
