Policy Detail

I. PURPOSE

To specify the biannual schedule for certification of automated computer inventory system (ACIS) data. Principals and program managers must provide certification by reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of their data in ACIS twice per year. Certification dates for the 2009-10 school years are as follows:

Scanning: Monday, October 19, 2009 to Monday, November 9, 2009
Deadline: Friday, November 20, 2009

Scanning: Monday, March 1, 2010 to Monday, March 22, 2010
Deadline: Tuesday, April 13, 2010
