To provide abstracts of applicable portions of the act, indicate additional local provisions,
and cover the following four areas:

A. Special rules relating to School Board members or the Superintendent of Schools.

B. General rules governing public conduct by School Board members.

C. Prohibited conduct regarding contracts.

D. Required conduct regarding transactions.
