Recommended Action:
Motion by Dan Phillips, second by Sandra Vatthauer to approve the 2005-2006 District Improvement Plan. Motion by Gale Moericke, second by John Washington to amend the orginal motion and to table the item until the February 22, 2006 Board Meeting. Both motions were withdrawn with permission of respective seconds. Recommendation was withdrawn by Ms. Spiegel to allow staff to address Board concerns.
