The Pocono Mountain School Board meets at 7 PM on the first and third Wednesdays of each month in the Pocono Mountain Central Administration Building on the Swiftwater Campus.

You may view the agenda for each upcoming board meeting beginning the previous Saturday at midnight.

For most meetings, issues that develop after the regular agenda has been prepared and that require board action often need to be added to the agenda the day before the meeting. These exhibits are added as "Addendum items" to the regular agenda and can be viewed after 5PM on the Tuesday before the Wednesday Board meeting.

Meeting Procedures
Any resident or taxpayer of the district may address the Pocono Mountain School District Board of School Directors. Comments pertaining to agenda items will be at the beginning of the meeting and will be limited to three minutes . Comments on non-agenda items will be entertained at the end of the meeting and also shall be limited to three minutes. Groups are asked to appoint one spokesperson. Visitors should state their name and address.
