HOW TO LOCATE MEETING MINUTES
1. Click Meetings Tab 2. Select the date of the meeting you would like to view. Tip: Minutes are approved the month following the meeting they are about. For example, you will find May 2014 Minutes attached to the June 2014 Meeting. 3. On the right side of the page, select "VIEW AGENDA". The agenda will appear in the left column. As you click different items, details about that item will appear on the right side of the page. 4. Locate the item for Approval of Minutes. Click the item. Details will appear on the right side of the page. 5. Find the attachment for the Minutes and click. Attachments will open in a separate window.
