All documents associated with the meeting are automatically archived and can be accessed later.
We will also use the same technology to publish the policies and procedures of the district on-line. This will save not only on the distribution cost, but ensure that everyone has access to the latest version.
The new BoardDocs initiative will enable board members to have more information before the meetings. Documents can be published on-line as they become available. Board members will no longer have to wait for their packets or the meeting to review important information. Members will also have access to a vast database of best practices from other districts.

Our organization is leveraging the Internet to enhance governance and provide a basis for better communication with the public.
