MAINTENANCE UPDATE! The online license renewal website will be unavailable Monday, October 27, 2014 due to maintenance. Please visit the following day. We apologize for this inconvenience.

All licenses expire on December 31, 2014, and licensees cannot legally provide services after that date without renewing their license. The online renewal process will allow the board to quickly identify those who have failed to renew on/before December 31, 2014, and to inform the Department of Health, Office of Vital Statistics to suspend their access to the Electronic Death Registry System (EDRS).
