All meetings will be held on the 31st Floor of the Riffe Center located at 77 South High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215, unless otherwise noted. All Board meetings are open to the public. Apprentice Interviews are not public meetings.

The June 20, 2016, meeting is canceled due to a lack of a quorum.

MEETING MINUTES ARE AVAILABLE IN THE "MEETINGS" TAB ABOVE. MINUTES SHALL BE CONSIDERED UNOFFICIAL UNTIL READ AND APPROVED BY FORMAL VOTE AT A SUCCEEDING REGULAR MEETING. Please note the names and identifying information on all Compliance Recommendations to Charge agenda items are redacted from discussion and proposed notices during deliberation. Matters are referred to only by case number. Identifying information is later added during the writing of the minutes based upon the correlating case number.

ANNUAL PRENEED CONTRACT REPORT - The board office must physically have in hand a completed annual preneed contract report form and account list by March 30, 2016, to be considered timely. Failure to report ALL existing preneed contracts by no later that the 30th of March of each year will invoke the provisions of Ohio Revised Code (ORC) 4717.03 (F) and (G). ***REMINDER*** CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS - There are approximately seven months remaining of the two-year compliance period of January 01, 2015 through December 31, 2016 for each person licensed as an embalmer or funeral director to acquire a minimum of eighteen continuing education hours. If you have not achieved the required number of hours to date, please consider attaining hours before the approaching deadline. A Criminal Records Check in accordance with section 4776.01 of the Revised Code is required for all parties to any application for licensure.
