Welcome to the Republic R-III School District board meeting site. To enhance communication with the public, the Republic Board of Education has selected an Internet based product called BoardDocs, an e-governance solution created by Emerald Data Solutions. By making meeting agendas and supporting documents available on the Internet, the school district will be able to distribute documents associated with a meeting more quickly and efficiently. Electronic distribution will save time and resources as well as provide unprecedented public access to information that board members use to make decisions. The public will be able to view the agenda and many of the supporting documents associated with the meeting. After the meeting, individuals will be able to review the agenda items and see what action was taken by the board. All documents associated with the meeting will be automatically archived; they will be accessible by meeting date or by using the comprehensive search feature.
