Current Status of Progress:
Educational Management Solutions has been able to meet the established timeline in reviewing employee job descriptions. EMS is in the process of completing the internal and external validation of salaries within the Lee’s Summit R-7 School District. Recommendations for salary adjustments to maintain competitiveness in the market place will be presented to the District later this summer. Due to District financial constraints some of the projected timelines have been delayed. Please see attachments for detailed updates of the progress being made.
