Lee's Summit R-7 School District
Electronic Board Packet
In an effort to better communicate with the public, the Lee's Summit R-7 School District offers a web-based program to enhance public access to district information. Through a software program known as "BoardDocs," R-7 staff and community members have the opportunity to view agendas and documents related to Board of Education meetings on-line.

Placing these Board of Education meeting items on-line has eliminated the need for numerous paper packets of the meeting documents and allows more immediate access for staff and citizens. Last-minute revisions and redistribution of materials are also more efficient through the software.

Board of Education meeting, agendas and other materials are posted through the new software. No special software is required to view the information.
