Board Business Meetings are held twice-monthly on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at the Central Office Auditorium located on Commonwealth Avenue, Hagerstown.

The public is invited and encouraged to participate in the meetings which last from two to three hours in length. The first monthly meeting will be scheduled in the early afternoon; the second monthly meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. The meetings are also televised live on Antietam Cable Channel 99. (It is possible that the time that a meeting begins is adjusted; therefore, please check the agendas posted for specific meetings for confirmation of the start time.)

Please note that the policies, regulations, and exhibits posted on BoardDocs are the most recent version approved by the Board of Education. The Board's Policy Committee meets regularly to review, update, and develop school system policies.
