Wicomico County Public Schools
Success – Every Student, Every Day
Regular public meetings of the Board of Education of Wicomico County are normally held on the second Tuesday of each month. The schedule of upcoming meetings can be found on BoardDocs by viewing the Events section under the Library tab.

All meetings except closed sessions are open to the public. The purpose of a closed session will meet one of the reasons that are defined as exceptions in the Maryland Open Meetings Act of the Maryland State Government Article.

Persons desiring to be included on the agenda must submit their request in writing to the Superintendent of Schools twenty-four hours in advance of the Board Meeting. The agenda is submitted to the Board of Education Members the week in advance of regularly scheduled meetings. At the Board's discretion, items may be added to the agenda on the day of the meeting. Copies of the agenda are available for the public's perusal.
