Students Learning Skills for Future Workforce
As a Board, we have several processes we go through to help us guide the district now and in the future. In addition to board policy, which governs the district, we have a 10 year facility plan that sets forth our long-term goals for the buildings in our district. This plan is updated on a regular basis to adjust for items such as enrollment patterns, new housing developments, etc. After several years of significant action in regards to our facilities, we are currently focusing on developing plans for future projects. Soon you will be hearing more details about these projects.
In addition to our facility plan, on an annual basis, the Board of Education sets goals for the administration to implement. Some of these goals can be put into action almost immediately, while others take several years to fully study and decide on a proper course of action.
