Glendale Heights Village Board & Committee Meetings
Agendas, Minutes & Packets
Village Board & Committee of the Whole meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month. Both meetings are open to the public and the Mayor and Board of Trustees welcome public participation and appreciate your attendance.

The Consent agenda consists of items that have been previously considered or are of routine matter by the Village Board and will be enacted by one single roll call vote. There will be no separate discussion on these items. Any member of the Village Board has the right to remove any item from the Consent agenda. The item will then be considered as an individual item under New Business.

A member of the public may make comment to the Village Board on any agenda item during Public Discussion of Agenda Items. Public discussion of old and new business shall be limited to five (5) minutes per speaker per meeting. Comments not related to the agenda may be discussed at the Committee of the Whole meeting or Coffee with the Mayor & Board.

Meetings are shown on our government access channel, GHTV (channel 6 on Comcast and WOW, or channel 99 on AT&T). Village Board and COW meetings may be viewed every day of the week at 1:00 p.m. & 6:00 p.m. beginning the Friday after the scheduled meetings.

Persons with disabilities requiring auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in this meeting, should contact Joanne Kalchbrenner, ADA Coordinator/Director of Community Development at Village of Glendale Heights, 300 Civic Center Plaza, Glendale Heights, Illinois 60139 or call 630.909.5334 or email: joanne_kalchbrenner@glendaleheights.org as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event. Requests for an interpreter require five (5) working days’ advance notice.
