All meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. on the first and third Tuesday of the month.* Meetings are held in the Administration Building, 501 East South Street, Freeport, Illinois.* All regularly scheduled board meetings are open to the public and citizens are encouraged to participate. Closed sessions may be called for matters outlined in the Open Meetings Act.

Public Forum is the opportunity for members of the public to address the board on matters of policy. Anyone wishing to address the board, please complete the card available at the meeting and give to the Board Secretary prior to the meeting.
