Recommendation:
The Superintendent recommends the General Fund Budget be amended to reflect reductions in State Revenue of $2,039,720.00.

Background:
The reductions in State Revenue require similar reductions in expenditures in order to maintain a balanced budget. The attached spreadsheet explains the amendments to budgeted revenues and expenses. There may be further amendments necessary in the coming months but we want to ensure the Board is informed on a timetable that allows for informed decisions.
