Welcome to Adams County School District 50 BoardDocs.
Board meetings will be held at Westminster High School in the Lecture Hall. For further information please contact Debra Montoya at 720-542-5015.
The first regular scheduled meeting for the 2010-2011 school year has been scheduled for August 10, 2010.
Note: Board meetings will begin at 6:00 p.m. with a study session and move into the regular Board meeting at the conclusion of the study session.
The Board has incorporated a study session into the regular Board meeting so the community may become more aware of the discussions the Board has prior to making decisions. From time to time, the Board may also plan for additional study sessions. All Board meetings will be posted on the website, and at all our schools the Monday of the week prior to the Board meeting. Please know that all attempts will be made to post a complete agenda, however, the agenda can change prior to and during the meeting depending upon the needs of the district.
During Board meetings there is opportunity for the public to comment. The Board encourages public involvement and will listen to a patron’s views on school district matters, but patrons are asked to first go through regular school district channels. Personnel comments are not appropriate topics for Public Comments. Personnel concerns should be addressed in writing to the Superintendent.
