The Acalanes Union High School District Governing Board generally meets on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. Open Session typically begins at 7:30 p.m. Closed Session and Study Sessions may begin earlier. Please check the "Library" tab for meeting dates. Governing Board meetings will be held at the AUHSD District Office Community Room, 1212 Pleasant Hill Road, Lafayette unless otherwise posted.
Agendas and supporting documents will be available for public viewing three days prior to the Board meeting. Agenda items will be discussed in order agreed. Once discussion of an agenda item has been completed, the Board will not reopen discussion on that topic.
The Governing Board requests that individuals who would like to address the Governing Board during public Comments or on an item on the agenda fill out “Request to Address the Acalanes Union High School District Governing Board” and turn it into the Secretary of the Board prior to the agenda item.
