JOB OPENING: Implementation Specialist/Trainer
Join the growing BoardDocs team and work with the best customers in the world! Emerald Data Solutions has an opening for an experienced implementation specialist to help implement new BoardDocs subscribers. Successful applicant will work with new subscribers to implement and train them on the use of BoardDocs. Our implementation follows a set methodology and ends with two days on site conducting several training classes for end users.
Applicants should:
- Have excellent people and communication skills
- Be comfortable with computers
- Have at least 3 years experience with the education or local government markets
- Be able to travel and make travel arrangements
- Have excellent Organizations Skills
- Live close to a major central or west coast airline hub (DTW, ORD, MSP, SLC, DEN, LAX, LAV, PHX)
Successful applicant will be working from home and traveling two to four times a month implementing solutions in the Central and Western United States.
